All of our products are low in sugar and salt, no preservatives, nothing artificial. Our products do not “soak” in brine (usually salt and vinegar) because we use a uniquely quick process to pickle and package. Our pickled products are made and ready to eat in a matter of hours and not days. This also maintains the nutrients of the vegetable or fruit being pickled!

Bloody Mary Pickles- These thicker cut pickles were created when I wanted a pickle with a grilled steak! Tomatoes, horseradish, and basil are wonderful flavors that go well with beef in many cultures. Wow, was I right! One of my favorite!!! One of the local chefs added them on a glass rim of a Bloody Mary and that is where the name came from. They are delicious as a side dish or a snack! I love vegetable juice with an ounce of the solution to give it a little extra zing while I am eating the whole jar!

Honey Mustard Pickles- It is exactly what it says without using a bottled honey mustard sauce. It is a mild, sweet combination of mustard forms as well as natural honey and never anything artificial! The jar has multiple uses after you eat your pickles. You can use the solution for salad dressing as well as marinade for chicken or pork. Phenomenal, and kids gave them the thumbs up, without it having all the “extra” unnecessary artificial stuff!
